18V Corvette Dealer Cashback Promotion

1. Instructions and information on how to claim the cashback and cashback details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Victa 18V Corvette Dealer Cashback promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotional coupon.  Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Cashback is offered off the recommended retail price (RRP) of the eligible products at the participating Victa dealership at point of purchase. Cashback offer is as follows:

AUD $50 (inc. GST) Cashback for the following eligible products:

3. Only available at participating Victa dealers only.

4. Briggs & Stratton 18V Batteries and Chargers are excluded from this promotion.

5. Not all models may be stocked at all dealerships.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity and proof of purchase) and to disqualify any claimant who the Promoter reasonably believes has submitted a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and conditions or who tampers with the claim process in any way. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. Incomplete, ineligible, indecipherable, late or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or misdirected claims, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telecommunications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If for any reason a claimant does not redeem the cashback at the time of purchase as a participating dealer, then the cashback will be forfeited. Information is correct as at 27 September 2022. This is a limited time offer and subject to change without notice. Briggs & Stratton Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to, at any time, withdraw or extend the Cashback Offer or otherwise vary or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
