Victa Super Savings Promotion 2025

  1. These terms and conditions (Offer Terms and Conditions) apply to the Victa Super Savings Promotion offer - up to $100 off Victa mowers & garden power tools (Offer). 

  2. By participating in this Offer, each participant (Participant) agrees to be bound by these Offer Terms and Conditions.

  3. The promoter is is ROY GRIPSKE & SONS PTY. LTD. (52 009 779 140) 11 Sodium Street, Narangba QLD 4504 (Promoter).

  4. Participants warrant that their participation in the Offer does not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party nor breach the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA). Each Participant indemnifies and will keep the Promoter and its associated agencies indemnified against any loss, costs (including legal costs), expenses or liability the Promoter and its associated agencies may suffer arising out of any breach by the Participant of this clause.

  5. The Offer commences 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEDT 31 December 2025 (Offer Period).

  6. Subject to clause 7, the Offer is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years.

  7. Employees of  Roy Gripske & Sons Pty. Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Offer or helping to set up the Offer shall not be permitted to partake.

  8. The Offer applies to eligible Particpating Products only (see Clause 12) (Participating Product).

  9. The Offer is available at Partcipating Retailers who are displaying promotional material (Participating Stores) in Australia. Third party online stores such as eBay, Gumtree, Amazon, etc. are excluded.

  10. If you purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period, you will receive a corresponding discount of either $100 or $75 or $50 or $20 discount off the recommended retail price (RRP) at point of purchase, as set out in the table in Clause 12.

  11. Participating Products must be purchased directly from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period.

Not all Participating Products may be stocked at all Participating Stores, and to the maximum extent permitted by law the Promoter hereby excludes any and all liability for any action, claim, damages, demand, fees, liabilities or loss arising from or relating to the unavailability of any Participating Product at any Participating Store.

  15. A Participant may redeem one discount on a lawn mower and one discount on a power garden tool when both items are purchased in a single transaction.

  16. If any dispute arises between a Participant and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Offer, the Promoter will act in good faith and take reasonable steps to consider the Participant's point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence the Participant puts forward, and to respond fairly within a reasonable time. In all other aspects, the Promoter's decision in connection with all aspects of this Offer is final.

  17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited at law, the Promoter excludes liability for any actions, claims, costs, demands, expenses, fees, liabilities or losses of any kind whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, in any way arising from or related to:
    • this Offer; or
    • access to, or inability to access, the Offer, including but not limited to any delay or fault in any technology;

  18. If for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter the Offer is not capable of running as planned, and the administration of the Offer is affected, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Offer.

    These Offer Terms and Conditions are governed by, and must be construed in accordance with, the laws of each Australian State and Territory. All Participants agree to the non-exclusive jurisidiction of the courts of all Australian Stats and Territories, the Federal Court of Australia, and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
